What happens next?

I am thrilled that you have chosen me as your photographer. Here is some general information to assist you with your arrangements on the lead up to your day.

Hair and Makeup

When do you need to be ready? I generally arrive once hair and makeup is finished. Please ask your hair and makeup artists to be finished 1.5 hours before you plan to depart for your ceremony. This allows us enough time for your getting ready photos.

Additional hours

Understandably your schedule may change in the months leading up to the wedding. Don’t worry! If you need to add extra hour (or subtract hours) we can work this out at our pre wedding consultation and make adjustments where required. I will be as adaptable as possible to fit everything I can within your preferred timeline.

Start and finishing times

Depending on what package you have booked I usually start around 3 hours before the ceremony and recommend coverage 30min-1hr after the last formality to get those party/dance floor vibes.

Crew meals

I require 1 crew meal per photographer. I’ll let you know of any dietaries requirements closer to the date or feel free to reach out when your venue requests this information.

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY SCHEDULE

We will meet via zoom for a pre-wedding consultation around 8 weeks before your wedding. At this meeting we personalise your photography schedule and timeline for the day as well as cover any special requirements you may have, including pre wedding and post wedding events.

Below is an example schedule based on an 8 hour day. Depending on the logistics, travel time between venues, and getting ready/ preparation locations this schedule may change.
